here are some ways to keep your gums healthy:
- Stay hydrated: saliva naturally cleans your mouth so try not to let it become dry. Worst case, chew a piece of sugarless gum!
- Hit the gym: keep the blood flowing to your gums by doing some cardio two or more hours a week!
- Correct alignment: it can be more difficult for your mouth to stay clean if you have crowded teeth. If you cannot get your teeth fixed try to use a water-based airflosser!
